Duck egg blue poly cotton

At the weekend I introduced you to my local haberdashery store, Sooz. So today I wanted to share with you the 'Oh! so perfect coloured' poly cotton fabric that I have bought from Sooz time and time again. I originally bought metres of it to use in my book 'Torie Jayne's Stylish Home Sewing' where I used it for lining in the 'two-print bag' and 'variation: tote bag' on one side of the 'buttoned pillows', the back of the 'pieced throw', the top of the 'bag storage' and the lining in the 'linen basket'.
I just love the colour and the slight slubby texture, so when I was looking for fabric for my garden arbour bench cushion, it just had to be the duck egg blue poly cotton. To give it added strength I fused a woven cotton interfacing to the back of it.
