Last week I made fruits of the forest yogurt popsicles, but I wanted to offer my guests some variety in the frozen treats so this time I went for more of a tropical flavour. A layered popsicle of mango yogurt and mango coulis.
These take a little longer to make than the solid flavours, as you need to wait for the layers to freeze or almost freeze before adding the next layer. But I love how they look and taste, so worth the extra effort!
