Jack Daniels chocolate pecan fudge recipe

Happy Valentine's day!

Today I am sharing my super, quick and easy Jack Daniels chocolate pecan fudge recipe. It literally takes ten minutes to make and tastes so good! Providing you are a Jack Daniels fan...

Both me and my Dad are partial to a little JD, so this past Christmas I made a batch of this Jack Daniels chocolate pecan fudge for my Dad. I had loads of comments over on IG and from friends that today I wanted to share with you the recipe. Which if you have 10mins and the ingredients you could easily whip up a batch to give to loved ones today. But please note that as the alcohol in the Jack Daniels is not heated, don't eat the fudge and drive!

Method

Jack Daniels chocolate pecan fudge

  1. Mix the sieved icing sugar with the Jack daniels and stir until well combined.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl in the microwave on low heat or in a bain marie.

  3. Soon as the chocolate is melted, stir in the JD icing sugar mix and chopped pecans. Stir until well combined.

  4. Place mixture in a small square pan and level using the back of a wooden spoon.

  5. Leave to cool slightly, then turn out fudge on to a chopping board and cut into small squares. Leave to cool completely and serve or store in a airtight container for up to one month. (ha! like it would last that long)

Ingredients
