Homemade 3D skull chocolates

Good evening!

My new 3D skull mould arrived this morning, so I immediately started melting and tempering my white chocolate and made lots of little white chocolate skulls ready for my Halloween sweet treats...

3D Skull chocolates

  1. Make sure mold is clean, 100% dry, and are not dusty or scratched. Make sure the molds are at room temperature Lay mold on flat surface, such as a counter top or table.

  2. Melt or temper 200g of white chocolate

  3. Carefully pour chocolate into each mold cavity until chocolate is level with the top of each opening. Lightly tap moulds on a hard surface until you remove all of the air bubbles

  4. Place your mold into the freezer and leave it to set

  5. When the chocolates have set, turn the mold upside down and tap it until the chocolate comes out of the mold.

  6. Repeat with remaining white chocolate.
