Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies Recipe

I have made these Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies several times for friends and family and they have all been eaten before I got a chance to photograph them. They are super easy to make and when you make them in the
Tala Performance Non-Stick 12 Cup Square Brownie Tray you get a perfect crust and gooey centre and perfect squares!

Method

Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/gas mark 3/325ºF.

  2. Place the chocolate and butter in a heavy-based saucepan, melt on a low heat. Stirring continuously till all the butter and chocolate is melted and well combined. Remove from heat.

  3. Mix in the vanilla and sugar and leave to cool.

  4. Grease the brownie pan.

  5. Add the beaten eggs, ground almonds and chopped macadamia nuts till well combined.

  6. Spoon the mixture into the brownie pan dividing it equally amongst the cavities.

  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins, till the tops are set but the insides are slightly gooey.

  8. Serve warm or let cool and dust with icing sugar.

  • 150g dark chocolate (chopped)

  • 150g butter (unsalted)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 130g caster sugar

  • 130g ground almonds

  • 2 large eggs (beaten)

  • 50g macadamia nuts (chopped)

To Decorate

  • 1 Tala Performance Non-Stick 12 Cup Square Brownie Tray
