The base of our house was looking pretty scruffy, even more so after I removed all the weeds and piles of ash and rubbish. We have a back door step and front door step that are just rendered with cement so I wanted to paint them in the same colour as the trim. So I chose Ronseal's Diamond hard doorstop paint in black.
"Our Diamond Hard Doorstep Paint will stand up to knocks, scuffs, scrapes and spills. It'll keep your entrance looking great whatever the weather. And it's non-slip. You will need 2 coats but it's worth it."
The paint was easy to apply and when wet looks like a dark navy blue but as you can see, when it dries it is a nice deep black.
Today I am sharing how the paint transformed one side of my house...
